Really nice little cafe for breakfast! The berry French toast and avocado toast with salmon were delicious. We went on a Friday morning. There was no wait and service was excellent. I imagine it's busy on weekends because there are only a handful of tables

Absolutely fantastic really good quality and tasty breakfast. I had full English and my husband had scrambled eggs. Everything was perfect. Really good coffee too 😋 will definitely be back.

Easily the best place in Olney and nearby. The pancakes are exceptional, and Zeynep’s kindness and welcoming smile make the experience truly special.

Wow! This place is very good. Tucked away and off the high street, but you have to visit. The Chai latte along with everything else is very high quality and all homemade. The sandwiches were the best I have ever had. I am in shock how good this place was lol. Was not expecting this level of quality from a tiny little cafe. We will be coming back. I would recommend you reserve a table before you visit at peak times though. Five stars!

An unassuming place off the beaten track, with a menu that changes every 2 months and is shaped by the available seasonal and locally grown produce, Little Hermitage offers up something a little different and fabulously tasty!…what’s more, portions are large and prices are very reasonable!… Our party of four each enjoyed the fig & blue cheese sandwich with prosciutto ham on sourdough, a wild mushroom open sandwich on sourdough, a butternut squash & feta salad, and a falafel burger….all came with a fine house salad dressed with a piquant balsamic dressing, and accompanied with our chosen soft drinks, pink lemonade and ginger & turmeric….we rounded off our meal with a selection of the homemade cakes, earl grey and red berry teas and coffee…. A lovely, hidden gem, highly recommended, that we will unhesitatingly visit again! 😋

i’ve been trying to visit this place for a long time. 100 out of 100! firstly, there is a free parking nearby, which is a big Yes! secondly, the owner cooks everything herself😍 i myself cook daily and eat 99% homemade, which is why i loved this place so much! it was a feeling like i’m eating my own food prepared with love and care. i don’t eat eggs and pork which made it a little hard, but then i saw a hummus plate with aubergine and Oh Wow, it was super delicious. my husband had a sourdough with avocado and loved it. Portion is big and generous! also, i have to mention that because she cooks herself it made it easy for us to switch type of meat, cause we don’t eat pork. so thankful for that! thirdly, they serve coffee with Doe&fawn coffee beans. love it! if you live nearby, make sure to visit Little Hermitage 💕💕💕 definitely going there again ☕️🧆

Five stars, one word; tremendous. Something I told the wonderful owner and cook herself after our weekend. Rarely do I feel compelled to go online and share, but small businesses rely on positive endorsement, so it’s the least I can do. We sat outside and had two wonderful brunch plates; Hail to the king and Avocado on toast, and a couple of coffees. Firstly the coffee was great, sounds simple, but plenty of places are luke warm and weak, this was hot and great flavour. The plates themselves were as I said above, tremendous. Super generous servings, with high quality elements, great bread, good bacon and plentiful accompaniments. If the bacon and egg with peanut butter and pickles wasn’t enough, and it could have been, the accompanying side salad was a thing of beauty. Generous and full of Middle Eastern and Turkish influences, including pomegranate seeds, peppers, molasses dressing among some fab leaves and more. My partner had an avocado on toast with Parma ham and the accompaniments, superb, almost too much to eat. We can’t wait to go back and explore other dishes on the fantastic menu, ranging from British to Mediterranean and plates inspired by the Far East. Off the beaten track here, but an absolute gem, hopefully not everybody finds out about it or we’ll never get in! Should also add that the young lad serving was also very attentive, a great experience all round.

We had a lovely experience at Little Hermitage Olney! The service was impeccable and the staff were incredibly friendly. They even prepared pancakes separately for our child, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The interior is simple, but it has a warm and cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. We would definitely recommend this place!

It was the first cafe we visited when we first arrived in England, and that makes it even more special. The atmosphere there is very cozy: people are chatting, you can hear the coffee machine ,it smells amazing, there are fresh cakes on display. It’s now my favourite place for sure. They definitely serve the best coffee and food, and everything is done in the best way. Everything we’ve ordered has been very tasty and full of flavour! I’m really surprised by how many different varieties of food you can order in such a small place! My favourite for now is shakshuka : oh god, I would never have thought eggs with tomato sauce could be that delicious! We also tried bao buns - they really big and really tasty! Crunchy meat, crispy veggies and soft steamed bun❤️ also a cheesecake is very special, the texture was very soft and it feels like it was steamed , very tender and delicious! I would try everything in menu and I’m sure I’ll be very happy with any meal I’ll order there!
